Information Collection and Use
The AI Technician's Assistant app (hereby referred to as "Application") collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
Call Logs (with User Consent)
The Application may request access to your call logs to display your call history within the app for your convenience. We will only collect your call logs with your explicit consent when you grant the permission within the app.
Permissions Declaration Justification
The Application requests access to call logs to provide a call history feature within the app. This feature allows users to easily view their past calls, similar to the native call history function on most mobile devices. We understand that call logs contain sensitive information, and we take user privacy very seriously. We have implemented the following measures to ensure your data is protected:
- We only collect call logs with your explicit consent, obtained through a clear in-app permission request. You can choose to deny permission, and the app will still function with core features available.
- We do not sell or share your call logs with any third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never use your call logs for any purpose other than displaying your call history within the app.
- We employ strong security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. We use industry-standard security practices to safeguard your information, including encryption at rest and in transit.
Transparency and Control
We believe in transparency and user control over data. Here are some additional points regarding call log collection:
- You can control access to your call logs through the app permissions settings on your device. You can grant or revoke permission for the app to access your call logs at any time.
- We will retain User Provided call log data only for as long as you use the call history feature within the Application. Once you stop using the call history feature or uninstall the app, your call log data will be deleted from our systems.
- You can also request deletion of your call log data at any time by contacting us at mail2muthuram@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (mail2muthuram@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
